Iberville Parish President J. Mitchell Ourso, Jr. has released renderings of the new medical complex that will be built on LA Highway 1 in south Plaquemine.  The facility will be operated by Ochsner Health System and will feature a free-standing emergency department and full service Ochsner health center providing primary care and specialty services.
