PUBLIC HEARING, TUESDAY, MARCH 21, 2006
PROPOSED ORDINANCE

The Parish Council of Iberville Parish, State of Louisiana, held a Public Hearing in the Council Meeting Room, 58050 Meriam Street, Plaquemine, Louisiana, on the 21st day of March, 2006, at 6:00 P.M. pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing published on 3/16/06 in the Post South.

Council Chairman, Eugene P. Stevens, Jr. called the hearing to order.

The Chairman introduced the following ordinance:

ORDINANCE 1

ORDINANCE TO GRANT RENEWAL FRANCHISE TO COX COMMUNICATIONS LOUISIANA, LLC

Mr. Edward Songy read the ordinance in entirety.

The floor was opened to comments and questions. Mr. Songy responded to questions and comments from Councilman Oubre.

There being no further business to be conducted, the hearing was adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
