PUBLIC HEARING, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2006
PROPOSED ORDINANCE

The Parish Council of Iberville Parish, State of Louisiana, held a Public Hearing in the Council Meeting Room, 58050 Meriam Street, Plaquemine, Louisiana, on the 19th day of September, 2006, at 6:15 P.M. pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing published on 9/14/06 in the Post South.

Council Chairman, Eugene P. Stevens, Jr. called the hearing to order.

The Chairman introduced the following ordinance:

ORDINANCE 1

ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE MILLAGE RATES FOR THE TAX YEAR 2006

Mr. Randall Dunn read the ordinance in entirety.

The floor was opened to comments and questions. No respond from those in attendance.

There being no further business to be conducted, the hearing was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
