If you want to report a parish road or drainage problem, such as a missing street sign, drain cover, pothole, etc…, you can do so by using the Problem Report on this website (under contact us of the home page), or you can call 225-687-5148 during business hours (8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday).

If the problem occurs after business hours and creates an emergency situation, such as a large tree limb on a roadway, or a drainage problem that can cause flooding, call 911.
