The Parish has not yet reviewed the applications, identified deficiencies, or otherwise established the feasibility, viability or conformance to the RFP requirements of any of the above applications. The Parish has received proposals for the development of workforce housing pursuant to the RFP issued here. Over the coming weeks we will review and assess these proposals against the requirements and criteria outlined in the RFP. No new submissions will be accepted, as the deadline for submissions expired on July 31, 2012.
Frequently Asked Questions
On Monday, June 04, 2012, the Parish published an FAQ document in response to questions received under a formal process outlined in the RFP. On Wednesday, June 06, 2012, the Parish further amended this FAQ. The FAQ amends the RFP, and any proposals submitted to the Parish under the RFP must conform to the additional clarifications found in the amended FAQ document.

Request for Proposals
The Parish has issued its Final Request for Proposals (RFP), to support the development of a qualifying multifamily rental property in the Parish. Prior to issuance of this RFP, the Parish solicited and considered public comment. This RFP is final, but may be amended by the Parish, in its sole and absolute discretion. Respondents are required and expected to monitor this Web site for any amendments, prior to submission of a Proposal.

Housing Needs Assessments
The Housing Needs Assessments available here were developed for the Parish, to support and inform its decisionmaking process regarding workforce / mixed-income multifamily residential housing with Ike-Gustav recovery funds. Cook-Moore is permitting the Parish?s publication of these reports in support of this effort. However, the reports are a work-product created for the Parish, and Cook-Moore will not discuss the report, or provide any interpretive support to other parties regarding this report. Developers who are considering responding to any RFP issued by the Parish are advised to obtain their own market studies, and are not advised to rely on the broad determinations in this report for specific transactional decisions.
